I`ve decided to share my ultimate stress relief , I call it "Arrggh" , you just press it . It only relieves stress of the reason you visited the Raaaannntt thread , its replaced by stress of "Sartori you buffoon , it doesnae do f`all...arrrrgghh" .

The local scum / chavs / youth have themselves another new toy which means;

1) They have the noisiest 2 wheel device ever devised by man and
2) They are going to constantly ride it up and down the road morning, noon and night.

What really makes me laugh is the fact that they nick it and then quite clearly have nowhere else to ride it but locally.
Very. Small. Brains.
Needless to say no helmets are in use so there's always the outside chance they'll wind up in a fatal. Now wouldn't that be a tragedy and a loss to society.

You don't say what country you're living in. If it's the U.K. then there's two issues - having a firearm and killing a pigeon. This may help re the latter.

The 'Best Answer' here ought to help with the former but note that 2005 is mentioned and the law may have changed since then though I doubt it.
