Yeah it was featured on the Goldfrapp website a while back wasn't it, not that impressed, the last pic of Alison was much better, oh well appearance isn't everything I guess

Too funny. Management takes the time to change the header picture rather than improve the site. Very existential of them.

Even the album cover for TOU would do nicely, failing that the TOU logo and the Goldfrapp logo would be OK, intriguing though the current image is it's a little bit of a throwback to bygone era, much preferred the recent Alison pic, shame it had to go

As I said elsewhere, I was a bit worried someone at Frapp Central might not approve of the previous banner pic. I just hope Alison herself wasn't put out. The consensus here seemed to be that it was a lovely image, full of drama, and it was of course from the same session/photographer as the original. But I am sorry if my selection wasn't thought to be suitable.
The new one does seem a bit of an odd choice. -
