Hmm... There's a lot of up and coming bands being broadcast online tbh. I think it's a bit lazy to just judge these festivals because of what is aired on the official TV channels. BBC is streaming quite a lot of of bands worth checking out.
What am I saying? even some of the golden oldies were great to watch.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Calexico and Ed Harcourt gigs they aired today.

Hey folks, thanks for the Glastonbury feedback, it;s a number if years since I was there last, not sure if I will go again in my life...

I watched a bit of the Portishead set on iplayer, but must make the effort to watch it all. looking great from the little I did see loved very much, also read a good review by John Robb on LOuder Than War that affirms it was a thought provoking and engaging set

Does anyone know how long the Glastonbury stuff stays on the i-player?

Not on TV but watching the bonus DVD of documentary of Bat For Lashes Two Suns special edition. Why it's taken me so long to watch it beggars belief!! =D>

I'd be more than happy for anyone to suggest artists that appeared on Glastonbury T.V. that are similar to / better than those listed.
