    ^ They are all spambots that applied before 1st November (when we switched to "invite only").

    They are in the no-man's land where they can't post to threads, but they can (and do) post loads of shite on their own walls, so to speak. So that's what you're seeing under the activity menu (I must admit, I don't look there much).

    I don't think it's easy/possible to do a block delete, and it's not viable to delete each individually... there are over 35,000 of them!

    The displayed name is the same as a person's user-name (ie what they log-in with). So you'll log-in with the new name.

    Ok, another wild idea.
    Many of my visits to this forum are when I'm on mi mobile (in the train or the underground).
    Discussions are displayed in the mobile version of this forum with the avatar of the person that created the discussion. I do not see the point of that, but some of the avatars are quite nice. Wouldn't it be possible to show the Avatar of the last contributor to a discussion? That would be a stimulus to explore that discussion (or not) (and it would add to the fun of the bingothread too).

    Yes , forum killing shit posting shenaniganisations . I started Bingo within a thread as a means to attempt to embarrass Alan people into a smidgen of self awareness of posting shit  but it seems to have been abused to be a badge of honour and respect - what level do I have to raise my game of sarcasm to , to make people see they`re being scoundrels and wastrels . Seems I`ll have to crank up my bellendometer ....um double entendres and sarcasm .
