And, I thought you were talking to trees, at first.  Very Celtic of you.

I'll swap your left hoof for my right ear? Deal?

Hmmm, how to keep from making this incredibly long.  Foods can be inflammatory or anti-inflammatory.  The link I'm providing below shows what each food is.  I just figured this out a few months ago and I had some really achy joints before that.  I started putting a teaspoon of garlic powder (phenomenally anti-inflammatory) in my food (or ginger root, turmeric and a few others, though garlic powder's the strongest I've found so far).  I'm not saying it will work for you, Bells.  I just know that it made a tremendous difference for me. Your problem could be totally different, of course.

You can select just about any food at that site but I chose the one for Garlic Powder.  You can also adjust the size.  When you first open garlic powder, it shows at tablespoon.  Believe me, for anti-inflammation, that number (right below the pyramid) is HUGE.  A teaspoon should do the trick, if you were to use garlic powder.

Anyways, overall, that site for nutrition data is just amazingly full of info.

Hahaha!  I've never read that section....

  • Have heartburn for no good reason but other than that I am fine. Had a relaxing day off (maybe that was what caused it) and even managed a bit of sunbathing up in the garden!
