It's most definitely the same in education UT. Everyone is so demoralised and feeling unappreciated and we are struggling with funding issues. Locally, since abandoning the local authority, a private company that deals with school staff wages has continuously failed to deliver and many staff have not been paid or been paid incorrectly ( it affected me last month). We are up the creek ( take that at whichever level you choose).
Does anyone else have a 'cleansing' album? One you return to every once in a while to clear away all the clutter from other music? Sort of like when you finally have to resort to a cloth and the spray cleaner on a white board?
