I was at the Dome last night and was typically vile in my behaviour. It was to see Peaches so I think her and vile behaviour go hand in hand. Its still the best place in town for a musical night out (I've warned them about March......) ;)

Ive never actually seen Peaches. Even wheb she was suposed to play Lovebox I couldn't find the stage. Bit jealousWe all look better in the dark.

She's ever so entertaining. Actually Saturday was ace as there was a screening of her film "peaches does herself", then a q&a with her, then the gig. Really fun, even though the audience questions were fucking embarrassing. I hate cringy audience participation things..

He he. I saw the film advertised when I was in Brighton in November. I wonder whats its about.......We all look better in the dark.

She described it as an "anti juke box movie" - it is her music through the years, with some narrative, but also it goes off on tangents of completely surreal moments (a 65 year old stripper cow girl with a great big black dildo for example....) she's constantly challenging gender and sexuality beliefs and ideas and I think that was what the film was doing......... It was entertaining / shocking / funny.... She pushes limits and I like it!
