November will be the time to bumpity bump the thread big stylee and post bragging pictures of "what's in the deluxe box set" mates. Ooh the same as every fucker else's but at a much higher price! >:)
I pre-ordered Tales of Us from Amazon using the free delivery option. They haven't yet sent my copy and, judging from my last Amazon pre-order, I may receive it this coming Saturday. In the meantime, they've sent me this email (which is the nearest thing I have, so far, to the album):
The CD you have pre-ordered will be arriving shortly. We also thought you'd like to know that the CD is AutoRip eligible. This means that the MP3 version of the album is now available for you to play or download from Amazon Cloud Player for FREE.
When you buy any CD or vinyl record with the AutoRip logo, you'll get the MP3 version of that album delivered to your Cloud Player library for FREE. You can listen to your music everywhere, including on your Kindle Fire, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android devices.
But, whatever I do, I can't listen to the album on this computer. Because the computer is full of rogue software, I'm running it in safe mode with networking, which means (amongst other things) that it has no sound. So (obviously) I can't play music on it. I'm not sure if it would allow me to download an MP3 of the album or, if it did allow me to do that, how I could listen to it.
