The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ. Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancal half a line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
Fizzog is a slang contraction of physiognomy 1. a person's features or characteristic expression considered as an indication of personality 2. the art or practice of judging character from facial features 3. the outward appearance of something, esp the physical characteristics of a geographical region
Generally used to describe the face. 'I thought I saw your Fizzog', 'He got punched in the Fizzog' etc 'Kisser, is similar, as is 'Mug'.

'Dial' is another slang word for face, as is 'Mush', although mush can also be used to describe or refer to someone, generally male, that you do not know, as can 'Geezer' and 'Bloke'.

Hmmm, there are connotations though, to at least, some of those. Like geezer. Wow, but that's a lot of synonyms for face.
What? What??!?! Kat. I was complimenting you! Fierce is good! Be at ease, I can't speak for UT but you are like a breath of fresh air in which there is way too much male pheromone reek.

I forgot Puss, Grill & Map. Grill is actually a reference to teeth but does get used to mean the whole face on occasions.
