Only 11 more days of this shithole of a year. Then the celebs can come out of their bunkers!

Apparantly, Zsa Zsa only popped out for a box of fags and some Mescal !

Later on, we'll conspire, as we dream, by the fire !

A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight, walking in a winter wonderland.

Feel like I'm getting the beginnings of a cold, trying to fight it off. Too much socializing for me lately, too many obligations and parties and eating and gatherings. And when I have to do too much of it, back to back, I feel like it zaps all my energy. I think that's one of the principle difference between extroverts and introverts. Extroverts literary feed off the energy they get from social interaction, they crave it and need it. And introverts on the other hand, feel completely sucked lifeless by all the social exchanges. I am aparently a very social, anti-social person:)
I have always found the split between the introvert and extrovert interesting. I have always thought it heavily nurture based. My parents ran an off-licence when I was a kid, from age 5 to 18, and it was a constant flow of characters every day through the door and I was helping out working in that shop from about 10 ( as you could in them days - child labour and health and safety did not phase anybody) so I feel I had 'extrovert' stamped on my forehead from very early on. I think anyone whose parents had very social jobs would be similarly influenced.
Another little bug of mine is the thought that extrovert people are actually very shy and hide this shyness under a veneer of being extrovert. Not to mince words, I think that is a sack of shit. If you are shy, but manage to hide it by prancing around with your pants on your head being the life and soul of a social gathering, you are actually an extrovert but perhaps with performance issues!

I don't know, I work with a lot of people. It's not a social problem for sure. You just spend some vital energy on social contacts... You need to manage that.
