Serenity- I'm certainly no saint. Well, more so these days, but certainly not in the past. I was a bit naughty- you wouldn't have approved. It's always the nerdy bookish ones that are.
Does anyone know how the creatures at Sea World have been protected during Irma? And the other zoo inhabitants in Florida etc? I did see a pic of a bunch of flamingoes in the ladies loo which was a bit surreal and not very helpful.
As Usher would say ' A lady in the street but a freak in the bed'! ? I've been hanging with my homeys!
The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ. Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancal half a line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
Had nobody heard anything from ponygirl yet? I hope they did manage to successful evacuate the animals. Can you imagine though? I bet there are so many farm outbacks, zoos, nature reserves in the Florida region where not all the animals could be found and moved in time.
The cost of the devastation- God only know how much time it will take to even try to restore Florida back to how it was.
There was another hurricane Jose tailing the path of Irma.
I love the arctic foxes and their dazzling white fur. Also love the exotic fish and sea life in the coral reeves. I would do anything to go on a scuba dive down to the Great Barrier Reef and to swim with dolphins.
And aren't sea horses just fantastically mesmerising little beings!
