I don't think it's meant to be "read". There's no allegory or metaphor, and certainly no narrative - in contrast to the ToU videos, which I never liked precisely because they are too programmatic. The Silvereye vids seem to offer allusions and suggestions, but it's left to us to make our own sense of them, which suits me fine.
Except that plastic chairs are evil, obviously.
