  • Ps I can see you're online right now UT. Don't you have a job to go to? Get busy! Jesus is coming!!!
  • When Jesus comes, does he say "Oh, God!" or "Oh, Daddy!"?
If I were dead, could I do this?
  • Or "Oh, Me" !
Uh, oh, look out for the thought police.

I can't wait till I get home.  I tried to view Kat's 'Beast That Never Was' thread at work and my computer blocked it and said access was prohibited because the content was Pornographic.  You've not posted video of you dancing at the Grand Sabbat have you Kat?

By the way, I never log off this site.

  • I would categorically never post anything pornographic- how could you think such a thing!!
  • Speaking of pornographic, the Tories are continuing to demonstrate their compassionate side. Today, they implement a new requirement for child tax credit claimants who have children conceived after a rape to describe the circumstances. If the civil servants examining the form decide that she hasn't provided sufficient evidence of rape, her benefits will be cut...

  • Puzzled.  No porn was found when I opened Kat's post.
Relieved, but a little sad as well !

  • Whispered- thanks for posting that info, my blood is boiling now. I'm going to pen a letter to my local idiot MP right away and suggest others protest too. There seems to be an increase of misogyny everywhere which we have to fight against. I'm still reading The Fall Ponygurl, very interesting by the way- I'm hoping for the message of positivity in the final chapters.
  • I'm at a loss for the sheer ignorance of some celebrities. Just saw a hair dye advertisement on tv. Why the F are some of these women promoting L'oreal?!?! It's like they don't even know their History! L'oreal was created by a Nazi people! Eugene Schueller invented hair dye and sunscreen to chemically turn hair blonde and skin white...ugh! He did Nazi style experiments using chemicals! Do some research people...

  • To be completely honest with you ponygurl, I highly doubt that the majority of people would know about the history of Loreal.

Reading your post was a bit of a shocker. I don't use Loreal anyway.
  • Same can be said of Hugo Boss. Frankly, I was never a fan of their lines, so my declining to buy their products can't be said to be wholly due to their sordid origins. Doesn't help, though.

However, it's harder to fault Bayer, despite using slave Jewish labor, and possibly experimenting on Jews, since Aspirin has helped and saved so many. Then again, I buy generic anyhow.

Plus, there's German and Japanese auto makers, like Mitsubishi using forced WWII POW labor.

Frankly, like a country, if a company is old enough, you'll find bloodied hands at some point.
  • What is more pertinent, @Ponygurl, is whether or not the company has Nazi ties today. You could probably link almost any product or corporation to some atrocity or monster at some point in history. The box, the logo, the name doesn't carry a deadly curse--unless, of course, you believe int hat sort of thing.

A wise man might more so concern himself with the chemicals in any commercial hair product.
If I were dead, could I do this?

  • Yes, the above is true. I guess I'm just disappointed in celebrities who endorse products they have no clue about. Shouldn't beauty be about naturally enhancing what you have, instead of chemically altering it? All those chemicals are just one big autoimmune disease waiting to happen. It was the US gov's fault for making deals with all these damn Nazi front companies to begin with. @TinSoldier Bayer made a deal with Monsanto to genetically alter and fill your food with pesticide..still want that aspirin? Makes you wonder what the ultimate plan is.
