If your mp3 download was incomplete ....Earlier the "download everything" option downloaded a zip file containing 9 tracks
but "everything is never enough" is listed in the individual downloads
and so if you are missing that track just click on the arrow next to it.
At least that worked for me -

They are included, I'll post a pic of them when i get home, bout an hour or so :)

FYI the digital download code included with the vinyl let's you download the album in 24bit FLAC -
