    I've just checked and they've updated it, 'Everything is Never Enough' was missing this morning.

    My vinyl arrived from HMV, my CD from Music Glue did not. Not a big deal, i don't mind waiting an extra few days for a signed CD. Haven't tried the download code yet so don't know what format it'll give me, vinyl was just a plain black one but it was only a tenner so can't complain!

    If your mp3 download was incomplete ....Earlier the "download everything" option downloaded a zip file containing 9 tracks
    but "everything is never enough" is listed in the individual downloads
    and so if you are missing that track just click on the arrow next to it.
    At least that worked for me

    FYI the digital download code included with the vinyl let's you download the album in 24bit FLAC
