Well, I was on a diet since July and lost over 5 stones of weight (and reached my goal two weeks ago) - so 6 pounds of extra weight loss were somewhat unexpected. But I think I'm fine with(out) them :)Formerly known as alex_t.

Wow. Thats impressive. I tend to binge eat. Don't think Ive lost much this year as I put it back on when Im stressed.We all look better in the dark.
