    Kat, this may sound odd..but eat tart cherries. Apparently they can reduce inflammation (source of pain) by 50% and work 10 times better than aspirin. So tart cherries and/or juice. Try it!

    Iuv- I had one of those furry horse things on wheels that I used to push round the neighbourhood. Dunno why it was orange ! I was always frustrated that I had to push it rather than ride on it. I guess Alison had one too and it inspired a song. Maybe.
