The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ. Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancal half a line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
Nothing truly dies. It's all about renewal, transmogrification to a different state. Go in peace Grasshopper.

@UT That's hilarious! I don't mind a bit of black humor now and again. As a child I remember seeing Edward Gorey's opening credits for the show 'Mystery'. I love his Illustrations. His line work is incredible. Here's an example of his story-telling.. :x elegant black humor with a touch of charm. Happy Halloween! (~~)

That's not the spirit Serenity, it's been an annual tradition on this site. Going to buy one this very afternoon as it happens ( given that they're in the fields all around here that's very honest of me, dontcha think?).
This guy just turned up at ours. Happy Halloween everyone!

Trying the technique where you do not cut all the way through on the mouth, just remove the outer orange skin to give it more support. We are having a Halloween tea tonight, so the brain pudding is coming out again and eyeballs in bolognase. We have a new addition this year of a heart ! Will post pics in due course. Mwa ha ha !

I was just researching something to do with the witching hour. It's a window in time between the hours of 3-4am when there is surge in paranormal activity.
Some people believe it begins at midnight with a new day.
But yet others believe it to be 3-4am. So it’s a time when most people are safely tucked up in bed, fast asleep and ostensibly dead to the world.
3am is sometimes known as the Devil’s hour. Well its makes for interesting reading.
