Which just means it's time to brush off the mat a little and have someone at the door to say, "Irashaimase" (which I think means "welcome" in Japanese. Of course, there could be other reasons for that big smile on their faces as they greet you). So, thanks, tweey, for brushing off the mat and saying welcome.
