    That's OK but l prefer female vocals and I like my Deadmau5 classic and this version of I Remember with Kascade ticks all the boxes.

    I was a big fan of the Swedish house mafia- especially the song 'don't you worry child'. Then they disappeared. I hope they make a come back.

    Ive also dipped back into the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. A bit of secondary school nostalgia there.

    I listened to a bit of Coldplay from the Parachutes album today and realised just what a sack of shite they've been since that brilliant first album. Perfect example of initial fame going to your head and then getting right up your own arse.

    Each to their own really. I have their album 'l'a rush of blood to the head' and have always adored clocks and fix you. Also the 'speed of sound' song too.

    Paradise is an awesome song!!

    I still think they have composed some great songs.

    I think Coldplay are better than the likes of the Arctic Monkeys where every song sounds the same and just so generic.

    KT is still about Serenity. Saw her only a few months ago and have tix to see her in May. She just released a new album called Kin.
    Eye to the Telescope is another fab album Turgssss. Not a bad track on it.

    I came across Coldplay at the same time as I did Keane, with the albums Parachutes and Hopes & Fears, both of which were excellent and I had high hopes, high apple pie in the sky hopes, of both being long term bands for me based on how much I enjoyed their respective first albums. However, I found both disappointed ( me at least) with follow ups. Keane had The Iron Sea. It had a couple of good tracks, the titular one certainly, but it failed to deliver the consistency of that first album, with Bedshaped being a track I still listen to frequently.
    There is obviously a connection between the two bands through Tim Rice-Oxley but although the Coldplay follow up, A Rush of Blood to the Head was a technically competent album, and a highly successful one, I felt it lacked the intimacy and honesty of the first album, and the same level of crafting in the songs of the first album, and as their star has risen, I feel this has been sacrificed further on the alter of commercialism and seeking larger markets; the death knell of the integrity of many bands.
    In short, they have never been able to recreate songs like this, and I could have picked virtually any from Parachutes, they are all so good.
