Heard this today on the radio. Still amazing that she was only 19, and this is just her and a piano!

Shall lure it back to cancal half a line,

  • Cheap Thrills by Sia ft Sean Paul- reminds me of being on holiday. I don't mind a bit of Sean Paul and latino beats. :)

  • Picked up this little beauty in a local vinyl record store Exalto while in Amsterdam. Death Walks Behind You by Atomic Rooster. I had this album 25 years ago and it mysteriously vanished from my collection. I don't lend albums but I may have let a mate take it home for a listen and it was never seen again.
Recorded in 1970, this is a classic of the progressive rock genre, featuring electric guitar, drums and Hammond organ, which is played with a full foot keyboard, so it also provides the bass, as their is no bass guitar.
Just love the cover. That's Nebuchadnezzer by William Blake. It really is a fab album. Seen it sold for £120 but it was a steal at €32

Bloody love that song!  Kylie's material from that era is divine!  That and the Aphrodite era as well.

My current obsession is one that might not be to many tastes (particularly the old-spice crowd):

It's a song about a short story, there's also a production story behind it too.
