Somerset House
Very similar set list to Oxford from memory but some great new backdrop visuals.

Somerset House
It's a lovely evening here at Somerset House. Blue sky and a hint of a breeze. It's a few mins to 9pm so I'm hoping not long to wait now.

Silver Eye reviews
There's a review in The Times newspaper (UK) today. Of all the bands to have survived the past two decades, Goldfrapp must be the most unlikely. The duo emerged in 2000 with Felt Mountain, the orchestrated soundtrack to a fever dream, only to …

Here's a review of the Roundhouse show that appeared in the London Evening Standard. Apologies for the poor photo.

Odd how the audio from the show seems to be devoid of bass or depth in some areas, such as Ocean, Anymore and even bits of Systemagic, but is sublime and thumping during what I consider the best performance of Slide In ever. The songs kind of lacked…

Somerset House Summer Series
Sunday 9th July. Just had an email from American Express for the presale which has started today. So dig out that AMEX, or find a friend with one, and get booking. Was a wonderful show last time ... 2013 as U_T says. See you there.

Superb gig and very varied set list. 2nd row from the front in a lovely small venue too. I didn't have anyone talking around me. Lots of dancing though. Great, powerful version of Anymore (didn't like the video version much but live is…

It's 6pm and the keenest fans are already queuing outside as I walked down to Atomic Burger for a bite to eat. See you all in a bit.

Me too. I couldn't get a Roundhouse ticket. Don't seem to be any on O2 Priority either. HVe gone for Oxford instead (which is a nuisance since I live in London)

Being dead centre made it difficult to get a pic without the mic in the way but I've put a few on Picasa. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/sredir?uname=106201349441402764312&target=ALBUM&id=5996551981337974449&authkey=Gv1sRgCNTs353…

Guess who forgot to note down seat numbers so I could see where people were sitting and say hi? Checked when I got home and realised I was just a few seats and one row away from dcbaxter. Sorry I didn't say hi. The "I beg your pardon"…

Two tickets for Clapham Picture House (now available for non members). Looks like about 20 seats have gone but it is a very cosy screen by the look of it.

As others have said this does remind me of the albums I listened to in the 80s - OMD and the like. I love Hunt but I was surprised to see so many others had this at the top of their list. So here's mine 1. Hunt2. Dreaming3. Believer4. Rocket (…

Got in to the Dome website dead on 10am and bagged Row B in the 30 block. Closest I've ever managed to get. I checked Ticketmaster and the furthest forward they offered was P.
