I'm queueing from 12.30pm (don't ask). I just asked and you can only get the replacement tickets after the 'doors open' - unless you booked directly from the Roundhouse itself.

We were given an incorrect link in the e-mail. This is just a general AMEX preorder, which was up starting from Tuesday. With this week's ticketing disaster, I doubt it's Ticketmaster. It's someone in Goldfrapp's management.
