    Happy ending!  Thanks to the very helpful and prompt Border_Mind I can now post video.  Turns out I was over-complicating it, it just needs the YouTube URL for the video pasting into the message.

    The other pic I had in the folder is below , they were a pair of pics I`d modified and were used as part of a cover to the Electric Proms dvd I made (but not as they are above) . There is a bit of a Playboy-esque-ness to them .
