  • I think your just going to have to let this one go...it was many years ago and I guess artists feel that they have to keep their hand in to shock, mystify and perplex their fans. Black Cherry sold fairly well by all accounts.
  • Yeah, at the time it hit me at the core..made me totally disillusioned with love- but I was young and idealistic back then. I was just referring to Stranger as someone killing and burying the memory of it. Obviously Alison is the blonde in it, and she's not dead. I see it as someone psychologically killing a painful memory, not a serial killer. Guess I read it differently.

  • Yeah it's definitely Alison in that video as a younger version of herself...I don't really get it though. You seemed more angry at the Black Cherry stuff.
  • Yeah, I guess I was angry because I went through hell when I was outed- but I dealt with it because it was who I was/am. I felt she was doing all this gay stuff undercover and not being open and honest about it because of her music career. I thought it was a complete cop-out at the time.

  • The stranger video I do find disturbing.. a woman who kills her female lovers? Designed to shock?

And then having to bury the woman? :/ Can you tell I don't watch Midsomer Murders? :))

Did you have problem with Alison killing someone with axe?
I take the needle off the Technics and put it in my vein

  • Yeah. PG! What about that?
If I were dead, could I do this?
  • I hope that's just a first episode of a long running story.

  • Where the hell do you get this stuff from!? Well....it’s lucky her real fans know she has a sense of humour, she’s going to need it!
I think, personally, that calling all the BC era visuals “ porn” is a bit OTT! Titillation, fun, amusement yes, but porn? Def not! Where’s the money shot, the debasement of women etc etc. Madonna’s Sex Book ( which I’ve seen) verges on it, the BC book....nah! Art school playfulness.
  • Is Will half- hamster?
  • Jesus... every time I come on this page I have to wince as I never know what's going to flash up. This is such an occasion where you can't wipe your mind after what you've seen.

And that Madonna- she must have cobwebs on her doodah by now.

    I'm going to be sick.
  • Well, the link to what I posted above was found by research ( big on research at the mo) following LuDux post.
I also think that to call the Black Cherry imagery Porn is to far. It's erotica. Beautifully shot. The wolves ( I think they were Huskies or Malmuts though) and the red cape imagery was really stunning.
Would it surprise you learn that we have an originally copy of the Madonna Sex book Kat? That was erotica verging on Porn.
