    That bloke probably isn't joking. His wife needs to get out of that shithole situation before the hospital kills her off for good. Upper management do not care and will never care about the welfare of their employees because patients come first and sod everyone else.

    I went absolutely mad one day when a senior nurse said that to my face and I looked at her straight in the eye and said "so you telling me I can survive on fresh air... sure thing."

    The treatment of nurses and management of wards has been a total shambles for the best part of 5 years and doesn' look like it' getting better.

    And Kat you are not a burden on our healthcare service. It is not your fault that these poor nurses/doctors are struggling to cope but when they decide to leave the sinking ship for good who is to blame? Hospital management, finance and our wonderful government.

    It' a disgrace when children with medical needs require physiotherapy or speech and language. The government have money for what THEY need. Selfish greedy Oxbridge toffs who were born with a silver spoon up their rear end.

    I was just thinking the other day how the conservatives in most countries scream about how bad socialism is.  In fact, it's one of their platforms usually.  And, yet, they are more socialistic than the liberals could ever hope to be.  They are just more willing to lie, cheat, and steal to get what they want and it has nothing to do with helping anyone but themselves.  The saddest thing, though, is the liberals are almost as bad and certainly just as dimwitted.  But, that is to be expected.

    I suppose I can be a bit direct at times with what I say and what I mean. With regards to the NHS and treatment of staff I have some pretty strong opinions on it.

    I'm so, so sick of Narcissists! I'm sick of my narcissistic family..I'm sick of this banal narcissistic celebrity culture that exists..I'm sick of narcissistic people taking advantage of and using others (including myself)..I'm sick of this dumbass narcissistic president of the U.S.

    I'm so, so sick of serving these mother-fuckers!

    How has this massively fucked paradigm been allowed to continue?! It makes me seriously depressed. The sad part is, these fucked narcissists that I've just described above don't even recognize it in themselves :(.

    This is part of the reason I wrote the above post. Did Madonna just reference the Pulse attack and make it all about HERSELF?! If you want gun control, there must be a VOTE and change in regulation! Lobby the ATF, don't just sing about it and make money off of a massacre #GOD

    ^Yeah, it does look that way. Pretty sick, but then isn't that normal for Madonna? She always appears to see the rest of the world as the setting for a documentary about her life, which she stars in, every day.

    Talking of toxic narcissists, I had a big leaflet stuffed through the door today from NuFash Farage listing the NuTruth according to the 'Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy group'. Together with an advert for the Google version of Alexa. Madonna may be right that we are actually living in a vast drama. Only it's '1984', are we are paying to play our bit parts as the dumbfuck proles.

    Maybe that eye-patch she wears symbolizes her 'turning a blind eye' to the pain she causes others by using them. Narcissists see others as an extension of themselves to be used and in service to them. Such a shame.

    Everybody already knows gun violence happens and is tragic- the message is a moot point. I don't see her lobbying Washington D.C.

    The fact she's calling it 'art' and making money off of it disgusts me.
