Ffs. Tube takes forever to hammersmith. I remember waiting an hour 4 a hammersmith n city tube after a cardigans gig. I ws too ill to walk elsewhere. Think ill try the Victoria n picadilly today. This is why I dont go west london. The Northen line may be privitised but it runs. At least ill get the encore. Furthermore there is a woman on the train who sounds like a chipmunk.
1210am O'Neill's in Shepherds Bush is still open. Good gig, enjoyed it.

A video snippet of the light show a la Little Bird interludey part . If you don't like Little Bird, don't play it, just fuck off and whine elsewhere.

Well that was fucking epic. Longer set than paris. They let us stand up but not stand in the Isles. Imagine the risk assessment! The light and lazer show was worth the money alone.
Thanks for the drink Satori. Enjoy ONeills. Sorry I had to leave so early. Awful tube in west Lauundaaan. Nice to seeeeveryone again :D Little bird ain't the same without Tweety there lol.
“The inexpressible depth of music, so easy to understand and yet so inexplicable, is due to the fact that it reproduces all the emotions of our innermost being, but entirely without reality and remote from its pain...Music expresses only the quintessence of life and of its events, never these themselves.” ― Oliver Sacks, Musicophilia: Tales of Music and the Brain
In just before 2am isn't bad on the very wet journey back so will keep this brief as tired. An excellent gig this evening with great tracks from TOU including fabulous Thea, some Supernature (still my fave album) Train and the always brilliant Strict Machine a la Black Cherry album, couple from 7T and the fooking marvellous Lovely Head. Very happy to hear Yellow Halo too - oh yes baby, wonderful. Too many people wandering about all evening ( bloody toilet breaks). Wonderful catch up with fellow Frappers (always lovely people and much love to them). Bring on the tour next year. Oh yes, £40 spent on merchandise - what a mug!! =D>
