Great, late October day today. Sunny, no wind, 14C.
Storm promised for tomorrow evening though.

Not been very windy here just rained a bit in the night, but just saw on the bbc news that the south have had winds upto 99mph & it's cused a lot of damage.Just Keep Things Simple.....

Still a bit windy, here, but nothing like it was between six and seven this morning -- when the noise of it woke me up. The wind's ripped a huge branch (the size of some trees) from the large sycamore in our back yard.My website: http://petjeffery.co.uk/

A bit of wind that they call a storm. Slightly disappointing, I'd expected to see something spectacular. But apparently a bit of wind can actually cause damage.Post edited by Anoukvdm at 2013-10-28 16:02:46

A pretty typical autumn night/day here, weather-wise. Forecasters obviously not wanting to underestimate its ferocity, so lumped the whole of the south of England into a 'danger zone'.Post edited by Halloween_Jack at 2013-10-28 16:12:01
