lucky devil! and here i am, worried about whether the record shop i plan to go to will even have it stocked.

when i went to buy seventh tree on the day of release, the first store i went to didn't even have it. i asked an employee and they checked the computer; told me " the most recent thing we have is something called 'a and e'? and it's an import, so it'll take 6 months to get here..."

but maybe i'm just being paranoid

Well I'm not illegally downloading it a month before release? I'm buying the physical CD 2 days before release. Quite different.

i have no idea. it's not like i live in the middle of nowhere; i live in a large canadian city. that's why i went to a different store. they had it. they also had head first on the day of release as well. i plan to go there for TOU, but because i am an anxious SOB, i'm still scared they won't have it, haha

Haha! That's brilliant, Joey. I'm more with Ickygerm. My store (FYE) swears they will have it, I'm just not copacetic about it. And, besides, I'm dying for the new Castle and it's out on the same day as ToU, so it works...

If you are getting it direct from a supermarket. I wonder what the earliest time is that you can buy it. I have ordered mine on the Sainsburys website. I rang them to ask if i would receive it on the day. They said they think so because the actual store has them to put on the shelves the day before. Even 24 hour stores have a period where they shut from Sunday 4pm to whatever time. Well whenever that is would be when you can get the cd. I have noticed Asda have it on their site too. Anyway i am praying Sainsburys do not let me down.

It's out tomorrow over here. But I can wait for the WAVs on Monday and the rest in November. Luckily I'm busy enough right now to bear some more waiting.

Well, I'm not. :-D I'm sick so I'm at home anyway and will have the time to get my copy directly when the store nearby will open at 9:30 am. ^^

Hope mine comes on monday as i don't fancy a 20-25 mile round trip bus ride to get a copie from to closest music store plus i'll prob be sick as a dog after a mile or two as buses stink here so forget that, so i'll just have to wait for Sandbag......
