I think the bikes are symbolism for the music. The album is very acoustic and filled with instruments which the bikes symbolize from being a manual form of transportation. With instruments you can create your own adventure/path and I feel the bikes symbolize this perfectly.

Tales Of Us (& Live?!) is a stunning example of the whole is greater than the sum of its parts... Frappers should really go see Lisa's film at the cinema and do save the tears because we are all going to need a lot more of them!

Hello all... I'm new arround, long time GoldfrappFan.. How tender and moving this shortfilm is? Reminds me of some of the work of an argentinian filmaker, Lucrecia Martel.... Childhood dreams and adults power... Striking, emotionally moving in tis "apparent" quietness... Moved me to taers. Greta work.. Can' wait to hace the allways magic experience of hearing the whole Album/sound trip x the first time..

I'm taken aback at how the music for this album is chiming with eveyone. It's really a testament to how inspired the songs are, and how beautifully written, that they instantly move people. Funny how this started to develop with Felt Mountain and then kind of got camouflaged in glitter...
