During the Felt Mountain era Goldfrapp seemed to be very Bond-esque. Now that Tales of Us is taking them back to luscious sweeping strings - You Never Know (pun intended). :)Though we may deserve it, it will be worth it.

I still think Melancholy Sky would have been very fitting for Skyfall.But seriously, if they don't choose "Stranger" for the next bond picture, they're insane. It just SCREAMS James Bond.

Melancholy Sky would have been perfect. Its no insult to our fave anyway. Look how many Frapp songs have been used in adverts. And i have heard Frapp in the background to my Wifes programmes. Some hotel thing.JAMIE CARRAGHER= LEGEND

Goldfrapp seem to have a "special relationship" regarding copyright although I am unaware of the details. I hear their music all the time. Dinner Date (ITV) use them regularly. Your wife may've been watching "The Hotel Inspector Returns" (Ch5) or "4 in a Bed" (Ch4).
