Just listened to Radcliffe and Maconie's interview with Alison... http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01b8t0hand this is the book she said the song Annabel is based on:Pretty interesting... this is why I love Goldfrapp. Their songs actually mean something.Not some boring "lets party and dance and drink and i'm young and party some more...baby ooh."

By the way, this kind of reminds me of Tori Amos' Annabelle, who was a shape-shifting character in Night of Hunters.
