  • So it's that time of year where the UK gets its annual sprinkling of snow. Have you had a light dusting in your area or have you had the full works bestowed on your area?

I do like the sight of snow looking out of the window but certainly dont like walking or driving in it.

  • Didn't even know there was a band called Snow? Did he just take a look out the window at some snow and thought

Well Bobs yer uncle, we will call ourselves Snow?

Maybe that's where Snow Patrol gathered there thoughts as they attempted to grit a side road. :))

"As the government of Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau continued reforming immigration policies, instituting social reforms, and promoting multiculturalism in Canada, a larger influx of Jamaicans immigrated into the Greater Toronto Area. One of Snow's neighbouring Jamaican families, the Browns, first introduced the teenager to reggae and began calling him "Snow" and "Snow White".

  • We're getting some beautiful big flakes of snow right now.  No odds on a white Christmas, though.
  • We've had the full works. Literally snowed right in. It's like massive white fluffy carpet 8 inches thick that gas been laid out everywhere.

    Welcome to Narnia.
  • 8 inches?  That's rather unusual, isn't it?  For me, that barely enough to get the shovel out.
  • We have steps leading up to our house so if we didn't shovel it would be hazardous. In our country everything comes to a standstill.
  • And I've literally only just crawled out of bed as i have a bad cold and fever. My head is on fire.
  • ^I hope you've had a nice, hot bath..warm robe on and maybe some ginger tea. 8 inches sounds lovely, ;)

You read it completely right. Time to strap-on the boots I'd say (for the snow of course)
