I have these sneeze attacks. I can sneeze for a good ten minutes. Don't know what causes it but, personally, I think sneezes are great. I do get tired of them after the first ten or twenty, though.
Pinching the philtrum while leaning forward is supposed to stop a nosebleed. I've never had the opportunity to try it, but that's what they said in first aid class.
That's a very credible question actually. No to tell you the truth I'm not in a serene frame of mind right now (and that's down to people in life) so I'm hoping that I might achieve some sort of serenity state soon.
