Heard this oldie & thought how it had stood the test of time. Colin Bluntstone was the lead singer of the Zombies but this is a solo song, Say You Don’t Mind. Overall, it has a Beatles feel to it (late 60’s so no surprise there) but the final string section at the end reminds me of Frapp TOU era strings as well. Colin hits a cracking note at the end of this; one of those notes you are waiting for the whole song if you know it. He’s still with us & currently 75.
Edit. Just checkEd and the reason for the Beatles sound is the song is written by Paul McCartney & future Wings band mate Denny Lane.
