It may be that it's just the one thing that's been chopped which won't be so bad. It may be that this forum is going the way of the previous board with practically all the features being effectively switched off. As Sartori infers, it'll be a return to the attitude by the Powers That Be of "...and so this is why we can't have nice things." Anyway, If my aunt had balls she'd be me uncle.

I don't frequent any other forums so I can't comment on other boards. What I genuinely cannot fathom is why you would have all these features on a board if they weren't meant to be used. Personally I like accessing the bits and bobs. If I can't then I won't be arsed coming here anywhere near as often.
Different strokes for different folks and all that. No biggie.

Other people's post counts increase. Mr Whickwithy's is up to 106 for instance. But mine is stuck at 4, no matter how often I post. Does anyone know how I get my post count shifting?

The video posting type has been changed , HTML has still been removed but at least direct posting works . Um..woot ?

^ I found that you can use the HTML code given by Youtube's 'embed' section.. but it only works on here if you tick the "Use old embed code" option.

Its not an issue with YT with the method you`ve used (its a HTML workaround but it works) , but it stops HTML posting from other places and other trick things (polls , Soundcloud etc).
