@Whickwithy There will be a 16 track remix album released in a few days. You can currently listen to 3 o the tracks online.Not sure if you're a big fan of remixes, but i thought i'd mention it :)

No, I'm not a big fan of remixes, @cookie_munster. I listened, though, and it's okay. Kinda like Dot's solo piece. That's not really the reason for my lack of enthusiasm, though.The real problem, though, is that I am way disappointed. It has to be about two years ago, now, Hannah was talking about how they had a fourth album all ready to go. I guess it was soon after California Soil. They made some noises about how they was still work to do. I thought it was just a matter of not wanting to step on the toes of California Soil. So, I've been waiting for that album to occur, dammit. I'm beginning to think that London Grammar blew up. I think that's why I recommended awhile back that Alison and Hannah get together. They both have that ethereal presence but in such wildly different ways. I also recommended Florence but she's got way too much on her plate.Anyways, I will miss London Grammar new works.

I think you're right about them not releasing the album so soon after their previous release. I'm pretty sure their record label would have forbid them not to in regard to album sales, and merch and tickets for live gigs etc. It's always best to milk the cow for as much as possible, and then release something shiny and new when the previous album has run its course. This remix album feels very much the dregs at the bottom of the milk pan. ;)

Woohoo!Errr, I don't think my picture worked but there seems to be more to the story... A whole album.It's a good thing, too. I have one playlist by which to fall asleep. It's all London Grammar, with a few missing. It is also my anti-agitation playlist. I have to admit, I could use some new songs. Sigh. Sept 23.
