    At least we know they aren't scrapping the idea, and hopefully by festival time this whole hullabaloo will have calmed down a bit!

    Alison has posted a Spotify playlist for all fans to enjoy over the next couple of weeks while you ‘socially isolate’ and the idea on Twitter is we all celebrate when any of the postponed gigs were supposed to be on and socialise ‘virtually’ with it. The band normally come on stage about 8:40PM GMT so lets all meet up on the 23rd for Oxford, then the 25th for Manchester, 26th for Gateshead, 27th for Edinburgh, 29th & 30th for the London Royal Festival Hall, 31st for Brum and then finally for the 1st April at the De La Warr Pavilion.

    So, last night, we had a our first Goldfrapp virtual gig to celebrate the fact that the band were due to be playing Manchester Albert Hall. Madge, Caro, Kate, Keith, Pam send their respects and stay safe.

    To mark last nights Royal Festival Hall gig, we had a proper virtual gig. 13 of us linked up using YouTube,  Messenger and Blue Jeans conferencing to watch a Felt Mountain tribute gig cobbled together on YouTube using live videos. We could all see & hear each other, watch the ‘gig’ and message on screen commenting As the gig progressed. It had it’s moments, needing to be tweeked on the fly, but overall, successful and a great chance to chat, especially as quite a number were isolating on their own.
    We had Elliot (Halloween Jack), David Baxter, Pob, Giancarlo in Italy, Caromaple in Mexico, Julia Maddox in New York, Kate Gordon (Little Bird), Helen (Hells Bells), Verena in Germany, Keith_gmb, Anouk in the Netherlands as well as me, Lisa (Mrs UT), Keith (Appy61) and Michelle (Mrs Appy61).
    We all enjoyed it and are thinking of doing it again so if anyone is interested in joining in, let me know on here and we will come up with something and get back to you with details.

    Starting to doubt the rescheduled tour dates will go ahead. April seems optimistic atm.

    Think your right, I am doubtful they will take place. Marc Almond has announced his spring tour has been postponed to 2022.

    Now there's some info about the vaccine distribution, I am certain I wont be at any gigs until at least the summer.
