Well, who on here is old enough to remember before digital downloads and buying tracks one at a time? These were the days of cassettes, CD's and vinyl ( glorious vinyl ). In those days, record companies would occassionly release 'sampler' albums, showcasing tracks from bands on their label to tempt people to buy one of their albums. One such album was called 'Suck it and See' from Vertigo. It was a double album and had a front cover with an artwork of a stick of rock with 'Suck it and See' written through the rock. This popped back into my mind this week for some reason. Many great tracks from the like of Black Sabbath, Atlantis, Jade Warrior, Aphrodite's Child etc. These were early Prog times. Below is the cover and below that, Maenga Sketch from Jade Warrior.

The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ. Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancal half a line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
Here's another. 4 Horsemen by Aphrodite's Child. If you think that vocal sounds familiar, that's because it's Demis Roussos. He was in Aphrodite's Child before becoming a solo artist
