Could some nice person help me out? i'm after a piece of music and i can't for the life of me get it. not available via iTunes or Amazon music, and i can't even stream it via spotify... for some reason it's available to folk over the pond.
The track is called "With Love" by the brilliant music artist Rachel Portman. She has scored many films including a few of my favourites. This piece of music won't go unoticed to those in the UK as it was used for the Mrs Claus Marks & Spencer ad from last year - which is still one of my favourite christmas adverts :)
Anyway, if anyone can help out i would be greatly appreciated
It does seem to be available to download on Spotify in the UK Cookie.
The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ. Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancal half a line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
What would you think if someone said, "Good for you" for something you accomplished? I was just reading opposing versions of the phrase on a search, either a term of encouragement or a term meaning "go fuck yourself". Sometimes the web drives me crazy.
I think the 'Go fuck Yourself' interpretation is based on a sarcastic slant and use of the phrase, which is widely accepted to be positive. We also use the phrase 'Bully for you' in exactly the same way.

I just discovered something about brewing coffee that I thought was worth passing along. Brewing with a coffee maker really ruins the taste. The water needs to be at full boil to get the full taste. The difference is stark.
We are always told using boiling water scalds the beans, which makes the brew taste bitter and burnt, so that's why you use water at 92 degrees. Interesting. Will give it a try.
