Ah it looks like it was the O2 priority thing, every O2 venue sells priority tickets for O2 members and they get let in first, so people queueing up early get fucked.

That is pretty rubbish actually..imagine setting off really early to find they have buggered up the ticket and you have to wait for them to come on stage.
