I am happy they are coming to the US at all! I will be coming up from DC if I am lucky enough to get tickets.First saw Goldfrapp in 2003 at the 9:30 club, feel quite lucky to see have seen them so much over the years.

Oh, Lord, I hope not. They've been really light on the US touring since the Head First days which I found surprising in that outside of orchestral gigs, they tend to travel with their fairly small band. Far less popular UK/EUR/AUS acts continue to tour the US and on every tour I've seen them on from back in the early 2000s to the present, they've gotten a pretty rapturous response.ETA: It's possible they've booked some NY based tv gig for that period and so are playing a couple of random one-off shows in NY before a more extensive US tour later in the year? ^In that recent interview, Alison highlighted that she has lost the very top of her vocal range, so I would imagine she will be taking great care with it in future. My guess will be that any tour(s) won't be extensive.

i didnt' mind spending $2,000 to go to see the Tales of Us Live w/ Orchestra at the Beacon Theatre in 2013 (MAGIC)this i'll pass and hope they do dates in Los Angeles or San Francisco

I loved the Tales of Us show and I'm glad I spent more than a paycheck to see it, but I wouldn't be interested in hearing/seeing this album live.
