    Re Wonder Woman PG. if it is anywhere as good as that trailer, it will be splendid.
    I thought in one of the scene cuts, I caught a brief glimpse of someone in a cape and cowl, which would not be out of keeping with WW's universe as she is a member of the Justice League of America, as is Batman and Superman, and this is the DC equivalent of Marvel's Avengers. There are aspects of her character that mirror Captain America, except she is a demigod, being the daughter of Zeus and Hippolyta. This could be because she was conceived around the same time as Cap A during WWII, and was originally depicted taking on Axis forces.
    One weapon of interest is her lasso of truth. If this is wrapped around you, you are compelled to tell the truth.
    She is also a gay role model, having been depicted throughout most of her timeline in relationships with woman.

    Yes, the lasso of truth. It would be great if that was the way of defeating the baddies. Like quite a large proprtion of the world's population, I suspect, I have had a gutsfull of hyperviolence as a way of bringing "peace".

    But what are our chances this year?

    The scenes in this trailer from 2 min 10 secs are from Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice in which WW features, so you can get a fill of her now. Lovely!
