  • I've heard that it's unlucky to entertain silly superstition.
If I were dead, could I do this?

  • Yes, is this just a British superstition? Shame really...there are a lot of nice peacock prints out there and it's quite fashionable. I'll try the heels then. Keep your eyes open for the news story about the nutty lopsided woman who hobbled to A and E ( again lol) with a broken ankle and bunch of feathers stuck up her backside ( stranger things have happened tho).

    That's true enough.
  • Just wondering, how do you all pack a suitcase?! I just read a tweet and was curious. Personally I like to throw it on the bed and shove as much as I can get into it. It's best to be prepared, in my opinion.

  • I roll my clothes tightly. It keeps them from wrinkling much.
If I were dead, could I do this?
  • I guess the tighter, the better.

  • Well, too tight can make things a bit difficult.

  • Tighter is better to reduce wrinkles, and place shoes and heavy items at the bottom when the case is to be carried ( thrown about in baggage handling)
  • Hear that, PoGu? He's talking about luggage.

  • I was.

  • Yep, you should always try to ensure the space is well packed, but not so tight as something may rip or get caught in the zip.

  • If you're flying, the airlines have been rather fastidious about bulging bags lately. I hear they're measuring to the inch.
If I were dead, could I do this?
  • Suddenly feel like I'm travelling on the Innuendo line, which I think goes between Swiss Cottage and Wood Green.
