A nice show .would av been x1000 times better without the dj bloke. They let the bass player from Haim do a shoe by herself today. Maybe they didn't want anything knocked over by the dog.
I managed to listen (almost) all the way through apart from wandering off to look up some Laura Buckley art and listen to a Chvrches song. Thats attentive for me.

If you like a bit of Bon Iver (and especially that track just played) you REALLY need to try the first Volcano Choir album, Unmap, from 2009. It's slight and weird and electronic but Justin Vernon is amazing on it - such a unique voice.

The Freak Zone (and it's even more out-there sister show, The Freakier Zone) are pretty excellent most weeks.

@Carpy Very surreal!@thathurt fully agree, the DJ was painful. I think maybe your right, they probably didn't want to host the show themselves, pity!!@Hells thanks for the track list link. There's definitely a few I want to check out again. Its really short considering the time allotted, bloody DJ blathering on.
