You know, I've never tried lobster. Or octopus. Or Squid. Or even Sushi.
But I love prawns, sardines, crab, tuna and salmon. -

You've never had calamari until you've had it in Greece, I've never enjoyed it as much since I've been back.

I'm drawn to things that are a bit bizarre- like this rendition of 'Silent Night' by Alexander Zlatkovski.
It's an experiment where he plays it a half-key up, then a half-key down..bizarrely beautiful.

Hey everyone.
It's finally Christmas Eve. Mrs UT (Lisa) and I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year. I sincerely hope 2019 is better for all of us than 2018 and is not the nightmarish shit-fest many are predicting. I'm an optimist and I believe that things usually have a way of working themselves out so just strap yourselves down and don't try to leave the car till the ride has come to an end.
