WTTP is the click bate site for Twin Peaks so takeit with a bag of salt. It's announced by Showtime for sure, if Lynch can't be arsed they've got the rights to do a new set of episodes so away they'll go. Of course it would be preferable to have him on board but nah, they'll get it.

apparently SHOWTIME has stated it's still happenind despite Lynch's comments...i find it Foolish that Showtime announced in October without contracts completed.

David Lynch apparently pulled out. Pretty hard to imagine it being any good without him at the helm. Gutted.

To be honest, I'm fine with that. The majority of the series was directed by others, and he's still written the show with Mark.
