I remember the advert. It was for Diet Coke, I think, and featured a group of marionettes, one of which looked very much like Alison G. There was a thread about it on the old GMB.My website: http://petjeffery.co.uk/

I remember the coke advert!! That is what i call goldfrapp homage!! Definitely Alison with the curly hair!!
God can you imagine her reaction if she ever saw the advert? Secretly thrilled to be acknowledged or horrified? -
Well, I thought i'd be smart and get two posters printed, each with one of my idols on. Unfortunately, Alison got the short end of my printing naivety and I have a rather pixelated poster, my fault for thinking it'd be fine. Lesson learned, and now sending off for another but with a higher res photo!
