but I have a question too....Why does the Mountain Hiker on the back cover only appear on the cd version ? She doesn't appear on either of the white and gold vinyl versions .

No - my postcards haven't arrived yet either. I ordered them on the 21st, emailed them on the 26th to say they hadn't arrived , got a reply that a second set were sent out that day but still.. nothing
