Deep link PG, you must be a film buff/student. And for a cheese - drink. 2 things. On my computer, the little thumb nail image looks like Tom Cruise has a ball gag going on and Nicole Kidman's pants, so not sexy!

Taking a bit of artistic licence, and sticking with a bleak view of the future, attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion anyone?

From one dystopian future to another. Henry Purcell's Music for rhe funeral of Queen Mary. Written in 1695 then reinterpreted by Wendy Carlos for the opening sequence of Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange. Go Droogs !

Upcoming Groovy Films & TV for 2014
A dug this thread out so pretend it says 2015 at the top. I fancy this new take on the Sherlock Holmes universe. It looks beautifully filmed. Ian McKellen seems to have lost his ability to transmute metal though !

Jim Dale was excellent last night. Famous to Brits from the Carry On series of films, and to Americans as the voice of Harry Potter in the audio books. The evening raised a notch in excitement prior to the start when a tall man with a large grey per…

But anyway, thanks for clarifying what you meant. I don't half miss That's Life ( a 70s TV show with a feature about odd shaped vegetables for you non-UKers). Miss Blackadder too. And the quirky songs of Jake Thakery.
